Mac n’ Cheese

Simple yummy mac n’ cheese…

Ingredients 

1. Half block aged goat cheese.(grated)

2. 1 pack gluten free penne

3. 2 large organic cage free eggs  

4. Sea Salt for taste

5. Almond milk (1/4 cup)

Instructions 

1. Boil a large pot of water. Add penne to boiling water. Allow to cook for 15 mins or until soft.

2. Drain penne then add to pot.( no heat)

3. Add milk, eggs, cheese and desired salt.

4. Turn stove on to very low heat. Mix and cover for 5 mins. Enjoy!!
